Nutrition is the key to total wellness. Katherin will discuss what foods are best and witch to avoid for maximize skin health. She will explain the importance of vitamins, minerals and a healthy microbiome. She will give you tips on how to minimize cravings and challenges you face along the way. You will learn to eat foods that nourish your body and soul. After and in-depth consultation, she will create a bio-individual plan made just for you and your needs.
When we juice for a few days we give our bodies and organs a rest and time to replenish themselves; and, our skin, the largest organ in the body, begins to glow.
You will receive five fresh juices per day for six days. You will meet with Katherin every day for thirty minutes to pick up your juices and get a plan and motivation for the day.
As well, Katherin will teach you a lot of knowledge and instructions on skin brushing, tongue cleansing, colon cleansing, infrared sauna, why we need to detox, how to detox, and the benefits of detoxing.
You will detox every cell in your body and, as a result, have glowing, radiant skin!
